Hello! My name is Linda Di Geronimo. I have worked in schools for over 14 years supply teaching and working as an education assistant. As a supply teacher, I have taught students ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 8 in a number of subjects including French. As an education assistant, I also work with children of differing abilities on a one-to-one basis. My passion for teaching is to help each student reach their full potential in all areas of life.
Not only am I an educator, but I am also a mother of three children. For this reason, I play an active role on the Parent Advisory Committee at my children’s school. My passion for contributing to the well being of youth, has led me to become actively engaged with fundraising events and parent- community communication. Over the years, I have organized activities within the school for students.
I truly believe that every child deserves an opportunity to grow and learn in a safe and inclusive environment, whether it be at school or at home. As a mother, I will treat each student as one of my own, by caring and showing respect through listening and understanding. My sociology/psychology educational background has led me to be able to look beyond the academic needs of a child and see that there are other aspects in life that help a child focus on their studies in order to succeed. I look forward to meeting you and your family to start the path to a successful school year!

Hi! My name is Andrew Samuels and I am currently a teacher at Rowntree Montessori School. I am looking to help children excel not just academically but in all aspects. I attended Coffeyville Community College (CCC), and graduated with an Associates Degree in Science, in 2016. I then spent the following two years at Florida International University (FIU), and obtained my Bachelor Degree of Arts in Psychology, in 2018. I am currently employed at Rowntree Monessori School where I am working as a Physical Education Teacher, and an Athletic Director. In addition to working at Rowntree Montessori School, I am also a part time Instructor Therapist at Papillion Learning Centre. I am committed to helping students academically, so that they may build a foundation to achieve success in all aspects of their life.
Working at Rowntree Montessori, Papillion Learning Centre, and United Achievers Summer Camp has taught me a lot about how each child’s learning style is as unique as they are. A child’s learning style is influenced by their likes and dislikes, as well as their comfort level with their person they are working with. I believe in having an interpersonal relationship with the child in order to advance their academic progress and life goals. If I can understand how the children I work with operate, it makes their learning experience better.
