Completing the Family Information Form: When you complete the Family Information Form for either online or in-person tutoring we will collect the required information: -Parent/Guardian Name -Student Name -Cell Phone -Email Address -Home Address -Grade & Subject
This also applies to information that you provide that is not required per the form. | This information is used to match your child with a tutor who works with Beyond the Classroom.
The information is provided to the tutor after your explicit permission to share it is given (provided from you via email).
The information is added to update your customer profile in our secure database.
